March 23rd, 2007
On February 6, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals held that Kansas may not refuse to honor the motor vehicle registrations and title issued by the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation v. Interesting to see if this gets expanded into drivers’ licenses.
Also interesting to see how this information gets integrated into federal and state databases for law enforcement.
