The Environmental Collection

The Milton A. Pearl Environmental Law Library

This special collection was established in 1971 by the family and friends of the Honorable Milton A. Pearl, the late Director of the Public Land Law Review Commission and former Counsel of the Subcommittee on Public Lands of the House Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs.

This collection includes environmental and natural resource related treatises, government documents and reports, and periodicals. The Environmental Collection is shelved in the first eight stacks located on the north side ("A" side) of the Library Reading Room, easily identified by the green call number signs on the end of each stack.
