In this videocast, Student Advocates for Business and Environmental Responsibility (SABER) brought Daniel Lerch back to Lewis & Clark for a repeat of his stirring Focus the Nation presentation. Mr. Lerch wrote “Post Carbon Cities: Planning for Energy and Climate Uncertainty.” He advises urban planners on ways their cities can adapt to the upcoming energy crisis. In the presentation he talks about his work and methods whereby attorneys can effect cities’ necessary adaptation.
