<a href="http://law.lclark.edu/org/saber/">Student Advocates for Business and Environmental Responsibility</a> </p>
<p>In this videocast, Student Advocates for Business and Environmental Responsibility (SABER) brought Daniel Lerch back to Lewis &#038; Clark for a repeat of his stirring Focus the Nation presentation. Mr. Lerch wrote <span id="more-493"></span> &#8220;<em>Post Carbon Cities: Planning for Energy and Climate Uncertainty</em>.&#8221;  He advises urban planners on ways their cities can adapt to the upcoming energy crisis.  In the presentation he talks about his work and methods whereby attorneys can effect cities&#8217; necessary adaptation.</p>

<p>In this podcast, <a href="http://www.lclark.edu/dept/lawadmss/loren.html">Professor Lydia Loren</a> introduces the 2008 Distinguished Intellectual Property Visitor, Graeme B. Dinwoodie. Professor Dinwoodie is the Associate Dean and Director of the Program in Intellectual Property Law at <a href="http://www.kentlaw.edu/faculty/gdinwoodie/">Chicago-Kent College of Law</a> where he teaches courses in Copyright Law, Trademark Law, International Intellectual Property Law, Conflict of Laws and Civil Procedure.<br />
<span id="more-484"></span></p>
<p>Professor Dinwoodie had been an associate with Sullivan and Cromwell in New York, concentrating in the practice of intellectual property law and in commercial, corporate, and international litigation prior to joining Chicago-Kent.  </p>
<p>In addition to numerous articles, he is the author of <em>International Intellectual Property Law and Policy</em> (with Hennessey and Perlmutter), <em>International and Comparative Patent Law</em> (with Hennessey and Perlmutter), and <em>Trademarks and Unfair Competition: Law and Policy</em> (with Janis).  </p>
