Casemaker is provided by the Oregon State Bar to current students and faculty of the three Oregon law schools. Use of Casemaker is governed by this
End User License Agreement (pdf). Unlike Westlaw or LexisNexis, students are welcome to use Casemaker for their legal work in addition to law school-related projects.
The Casemaker library provides primary and secondary legal research resources from the U.S. federal government and 28 states, along with the Casecheck citator service. All materials may be searched by full-text keyword, browsed by title, or retrieved by citation. Highlights of the collection include:
