New: BNA All Access
The Law Library now subscribes to BNA All, an online resource of over 100 BNA titles providing the current news, analysis, and quick access to the latest cases, legislation, and regulations that practicing attorneys rely on every day.
The BNA Databases include some of the premier legal publications in their fields, including the Environment Reporter, Family Law Reporter, Labor Relations Reporter, Tax Management Portfolios, U.S. Law Week, and U.S. Patents Quarterly.
Looking for a paper topic? Try the U.S. Law Week, which each week selects and summarizes the federal, state, and administrative cases that establish new precedents, address new statutes, contribute to emerging legal doctrines, tackle current controversies, or further split the courts. Want the latest international environmental info? Turn to BNA's International Environmental Reporter. The latest corporate governance news? Try the Corporate Governance Report (or the Corporate Accountability & Fraud Daily Corporate Accountability Report, Corporate Counsel Weekly, Corporate Governance Report, Corporate Law Daily, or Corporate Practice Library for that matter). There are reports and libraries on Banking, Business, Criminal, Election, Employment, Family, Health, Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Tax law, among many others.
