LexisNexis 1L Research Classes This Week – M-Tu-W

January 30th, 2006

LexisNexis is holding research classes for first year students this week. These classes are geared to assist students with their L.A.W. research assignments.

The training will focus on conducting statutory and administrative research, and include legislative history.

Oh, and lunch will be provided for the noon sessions. The schedule:

Monday, Jan. 30
Noon – 1:00 PM Classroom 3
5:00 – 6:00 PM Classroom 3

Tuesday, Jan. 31
Noon – 1:00 PM Classroom 3
5:00 – 6:00 PM Classroom 3

Wednesday, Feb. 1
Noon – 1:00 PM Classroom 3

The Current Index to Legal Periodicals (CILP) provides timely access to over 500 legal publications. Published weekly, this current awareness tool presents citations to legal articles by subject, along with the tables of contents of all journals indexed by CILP.
