In this podcast, the Native American Law Student Association (NALSA) hosts a local attorney who explores the practice of Indian Law within the context of Indian Country and a small law practice.
Indian Law attorney David Shaw discusses his experience practicing Indian Law on tribal reservations, acting as in-house counsel to tribal governments and corporations, and working with organizations that are closely involved with day to day tribal issues. The program was held at Lewis & Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon on October 10, 2012.
