The Federalist Society welcomes, for its first speaker this year, Mr. Doug Bandow of the Cato Institute. He will be joined by Professor Tung Yin of Lewis and Clark to discuss Marijuana Legalization, and particularly the social costs of legalization and the merits of various legalization schemes with a view towards minimizing those social costs and ensuring that users of marijuana shoulder them.
