The AALL Baseball Caucus is excited to announce our 2025 Annual Meeting event at Walker Stadium, home of the Portland Pickles! Join your baseball besties for a truly fun, truly local minor league experience called by some, "the biggest party in town."
Annual Meeting Game: Portland Pickles vs. Springfield Drifters at Walker Stadium on Tuesday, July 22 at 7:05 PM PDT.
The Portland Pickles are a collegiate wood bat baseball team based in Portland, Oregon. They play in the West Coast League, a premier collegiate summer baseball league based in the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia.

- Cost: $28.75/person. Includes watching the game from the private Hot Corner Suite (covered area just off third base), popcorn, water.
- As the biggest party in town you'll find the full variety of baseball food and drinks located next to our suite and throughout the park (including pickles and pickle shots).
- Guests: Your guests are welcome! Bring your family and friends, same price per ticket.
- Early access deadline for Baseball Caucus members: June 29. We can accommodate 45 people in our suite. Baseball Caucus members get first shot at reserving a spot. After the 29th we will open registration to all conference attendees.
Registration and Payment
- To Register, send an email to Rob Truman at rtruman@lclark.edu with:
- The number of your party
- Your contact email and phone number

- Full name of each attendee
- Payment: Rob will send you Venmo and PayPal details and confirm your attendance once payment is made (because caucuses cannot hold funds, payment will be made to Rob)
- Fees are non-refundable. However, if after paying you are welcome to sell or give your spots away to other AALL members and their guests. Please let Rob Truman know of any changes so that the attendance list is accurate for the event.
Attending the Game
