Working with Forms: Form Databases

How to locate and use legal forms

Form Databases

Westlaw and Lexis have compiled the forms from all of the sources, including form books and treatises, within their platforms.

Westlaw, Lexis, and Bloomberg Law all have platforms that focus on practical guidance and include forms (also called standard documents on the platforms) alongside checklists, practice notes, and other useful resources.

There are a number of additional tools available for drafting legal documents that are available. Alongside forms and a thorough understanding of the surrounding law, these can be useful additions to your toolbox.
