Citation Manuals

Your Lawyering professor will either use the ALWD or Bluebook citation format. The library has multiple copies of both citation manuals for your reference, or you can purchase one through the law school bookstore or online. 

There are also many useful online guides to help you with ALWD and Bluebook citation.

CALI Lessons - Legal Research

The Center for Computer Assisted Legal Instruction allows professors from all over the country to create interactive lessons that can be viewed from your computer.  These lessons cover a large range of topics, including most 1L subjects. Ask at the Library Desk or visit the CALI page for the authorization code to register your username and password.
