Attorney Services is a resource for the Oregon legal community designed to give practicing attorneys access to some of the Boley Law Library's resources at a reasonable cost.
Attorney Services clients may check out general circulating materials either in person or via mail, and may also request scanned articles and extracts.

Labor (manual time): $40.00 / hour
Borrowing: $10.00 per title or $40 for an annual library card
Renewal: $10.00 per title or free with annual library card
Photocopies: 20¢ per page (plus manual time)
Scan to Email: $2.00 flat fee (plus manual time)

Through Attorney Services, various law library services are made available to attorneys, judges and other legal-related professionals in Oregon and the Vancouver, Washington area. The following policies and rules apply:
Requests for services are to be addressed to Attorney Services personnel during the normal work day (Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm).
Law Library materials checked out through Attorney Services are for the sole use of the person to whom the materials are provided. The person borrowing materials is not authorized to loan or deliver borrowed materials to a third person. The person to whom material is loaned may request authorization to borrow materials for a supervising attorney or law firm associate.
The client is entirely responsible for the use and return of all materials provided through Attorney Services. Late materials may incur a fine, and lost materials will be billed the replacement cost and a $15.00 replacement fee.
Renewals of law library materials may be requested by contacting the Attorney Services office at (503) 768-6705. Materials will be renewed at the discretion of the Attorney Services staff based on current demand and use by all Law Library patrons. There is an additional $10 charge per renewal.
