Looking for information on Indigenous People? Boley Law Library's Indigenous Peoples of the Americas Law research guide can help you find tribal laws, federal laws, administrative laws, secondary sources, topical resources, and research language tips.

Looking for President Biden's latest proclamation about Indigenous Peoples' Day 2021? The White House has this proclamation posted and it says in part, "NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR., President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim October 11, 2021, as Indigenous Peoples’ Day.  I call upon the people of the United States to observe this day with appropriate ceremonies and activities.  I also direct that the flag of the United States be displayed on all public buildings on the appointed day in honor of our diverse history and the Indigenous peoples who contribute to shaping this Nation."

This proclamation will be available soon in the Federal Register and through sites like the American Presidency Project where you can find Presidential papers from Washington to Biden.
