Oregon Adminstrative Rules (OARs)
The Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs) is an annual print publication, reproduced online, containing the complete text of the OARs through Nov. 15 of the previous year. The Oregon Bulletin provides monthly updates to the OAR and Executive Appointments and Orders.

Administrative Hearings (Final Orders)
- Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) Final OrdersSince 1972, BOLI has conducted more than 600 contested case hearings in which the Commissioner has issued Final Orders interpreting and applying to fact situations the many statutes and administrative rules enforced by BOLI. Until recently, the Final Orders were published in a total of 30 soft-bound books called BOLI Orders, each containing about 300 pages. Beginning with BOLI Orders, volume 31, BOLI stopped publishing “hard copy” BOLI Orders and converted to electronic publishing.
- Public Utility Commission HearingsAccess, search, and download filings by parties, Commission rulings and orders, ALJ rulings and memoranda, and other information related to rulemaking and contested cases
- Tax Hearings Decisions (Employment Department)The Department publishes redacted final orders in Administrative Hearings to assist in understanding how unemployment insurance tax law is applied in administrative hearings. The cases are arranged by year, industry or issue.
- Water Resources Department OrdersSelect "Order Volumes" from the drop-down list. Vol. 112 includes orders from Dec. 2018-2019.
- Workers' Compensations Board OrdersBoard review of administrative law judge's decisions on workers' compensation issues.
