An Annotated Legislative Record of the Federal Arbitration Act
by
"To bring about a better understanding of the origins and meaning of the Federal Arbitration Act, this book presents in chronological order the legislative history of the statute, the documents produced by Congress as it was debating the statute's enactment. Although there are several documents in this compilation, such as reports and floor debates, the two primary, most detailed documents are transcripts of Congressional hearings.
